The Zeus is the seventh ship you unlock, it also unlocks the Academy Points currency, the Space Academy and it has a construction cost of 7e1000 Cells. The Zeus ranks up by completing Missions.

These are listed in the naming order decided upon in the Discord, if you have any questions about these installs be sure to use the correct number and ship abbreviation (as an example: ZEUS2).
- Academy Janitor Bots (max 250 levels) - Every level in this upgrade adds a 50% increase to Cells gained, for each Mission Completed, for each crew member on the ship.
- Perfect Student Blueprint (max 1 level) - Every level in this upgrade provides a 10% increase to Academy Points gained, for each crew member on the ship.
- Material Scavenger Vehicles (max 1 level) - Every level in this upgrade provides a 25% increase to Mission Materials gained, for each crew member on the ship.
- Academy Mining Bots (max 10 levels) - Every level in this upgrade provides a 0.5% increase to Cells and Shards gained for each Mission Completed, for each crew member on the ship.
- Database Brain-Link Integration (max 20 levels) - Every level in this upgrade provides a 0.5% increase to Cells and Research Points gained for each Mission Completed, for each crew member on the ship.
- Academy Auto-Scrappers (max 15 levels) - Every level in this upgrade provides a 10% increase to Mission Materials and Mod Points gained for each crew member on the ship.
- On-Site Auto Construction (max 15 levels) - Every level in this upgrade provides a 1% increase to Academy Points gained and All Gens output for each crew member on the ship.
- Remote Printing Facilities (max 10 levels) - Every level in this upgrade provides a 1% increase to All Gens output for each Mission Completed, for each crew member on the ship.
- Academy Flight-Kicks (max 10 levels) - Every level in this upgrade provides a 5% increase to Cells gained, for each Mission Completed, for each crew member on the ship.
- Orbital Hotspot Scanner (max 10 levels) - Every level in this upgrade provides a 1% increase to Shards gained for each Mission Completed, for each crew member on the ship.
- Cluster Scans (max 10 levels) - Every level in this upgrade provides a 1% increase to Research Points gained for each Mission Completed, for each crew member on the ship.
The Zeus has 7 stages and can be evolved by acquiring crew. Each evolution has it's own crew limit and cost.
