The Ouroboros is the eighth ship you unlock. You will need 8e888 MP to open up the loop mod that unlocks the 4th planet. Doing the campaign on this planet will award you with fuel to unlock the ship and thus the Traversal Menu which allows you to do Traversals (TRs).
